A temporary worker is employed by an agency on the terms of a contract concluded between the user employer and the agency, which specifies the place of work, position, or commissioned activity and remuneration. The user employer must inform the agency of all applicable safety and hygiene regulations, as well as internal regulations regarding shift transitions and pay.
